Order Processing
We understand the excitement of getting a cozy new bed for your pet, which is why we prioritize fast and careful order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality inspection. Our team checks each Cat Bed and Dog Bed to ensure it is intact, free from defects (such as torn fabric, loose stitching, or missing parts), and properly packaged. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Specialized Packaging
Given the soft, plush nature of our pet beds, we use specialized packaging to protect them during transit and maintain their shape. Cat Beds and Dog Beds are vacuum-sealed (when applicable) to save space and prevent damage, then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with padding to avoid compression or tearing. Enclosed cat beds are wrapped in soft tissue paper to protect their shape, while orthopedic dog beds are secured with foam inserts to prevent shifting. Our packaging ensures your pet’s new bed arrives in perfect condition, ready for immediate use.
Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for regular orders, and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee) for pet owners who need the bed urgently. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days.
Tracking & Support
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., torn fabric, flattened padding, or broken zippers), please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your pet’s new bed arrives safely and on time, ready for them to enjoy.
