If a pricing error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct price, and you may choose to proceed with the order or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment & Order Acceptance
Payment is required at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information, but we are not liable for any unauthorized use of your payment details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any payment made.
Product Use & Warranties
Our Cat Beds and Dog Beds are designed for safe, daily use. Plush beds should be spot-cleaned or machine-washed (per product instructions) to maintain hygiene. Chew-resistant dog beds are durable but not indestructible, and we recommend supervision for aggressive chewers. We offer a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship, including loose stitching, faulty zippers, and defective padding. The warranty does not cover damage from pet chewing, scratching, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to take legal action against any violation of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, fraud, or misuse of our website or products. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
